In addition we are happy to recommend a company specialising in providing an enhanced conveyancing service. The company collates and administers conveyancing instructions and only appoints conveyancers who are trained to provide a high class service, using the most advanced conveyancing case management systems available. All their conveyancers practice e-conveyancing to the full and the company monitors the standards that are delivered for all its introducers. They have effectively an internal audit in order that their standards can be maintained. 

The general concept of the conveyancing process is that it is designed to be transparent and fully client friendly. The conveyancing client can see all the documentation and correspondence in their file and also the steps that are taken during the course of the transaction. This is extremely popular with clients, who find that they are embraced into the conveyancing process, rather than being kept on the outside. All cases are based on Web e-conveyancing and of course there are links both to the Land Registry and for Search purposes, if necessary. 

The company's fee structure for the conveyancing services has not been set on a cheap or discounted basis. The following fee structure is intended as a guide and individual quotations will be provided on request:- 

Freehold Sale Conveyancing - £700.00 plus VAT plus disbursements 

Freehold Purchase - £725.00 plus VAT plus disbursements 

Leasehold Property Sale and/or Purchase - £75.00 additional to stated fee per case 

Remortgage - £325.00 plus VAT plus disbursements 

Transfer of Equity - £325.00 plus VAT plus disbursements 

Generally speaking, the lawyer will require an on account deposit for purchases. This would typically range between £300-£500 for a purchase and £200-£300 on a sale. On account costs for Remortgages and Transfers of Equity typically would be in the range of £200-£250. In many cases the on account payment can be made online using a Credit or Debit Card.
